ABOUT US

Our team are not only deeply experience in their field, they are also closely connected to the local community and environment.

For more than 20 years our attorneys have been successfully advising individuals, entrepreneurs, property owners, executives, and investors.

The team at Figueroa Law Group is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, whether through successfully negotiating contracts and transactions, arguing clients’ cases in court or achieving advantageous settlements. Our experience is not limited to the Courtroom and in addition to our litigation and corporate experience our attorneys have extensive experience in the field of Trusts and Estates, Land Use and Real Property Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Cannabis and Alcohol related industries.

We recognize that, as lawyers, we not only have a commitment to zealously representing the interests of our clients and to providing exceptional, timely service, we also have an obligation to give back to our community.

As part of that, we volunteer for numerous community projects, including serving on non-profit boards and advisory councils, as well as volunteering to serve our community through appointment to councils, commissions, and boards.

One important way that our firm demonstrates our commitment is our dedication of two days of service per year. Our firm recognizes Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Cesar Chavez days as days of service, and members of the firm are encouraged to spend those days working on projects in their respective communities for the betterment of everyone.

At Figueroa Law Group, we believe that we can do well by doing good. We excel at delivering the highest level of service to our clients, as not only continually evolving experts in our field, but also as well rounded individuals with a healthy work life balance.

Our Promise

Once we take on a new client, our team is committed to serving you at the highest level. Although we cannot guarantee legal outcomes, we do guarantee that we will serve you diligently and professionally. If at any time you feel you are not getting the service you want, just let us know, and we are happy to discuss ways in which we can improve our service.

“My experience as a first responder has granted me a unique perspective, patience, and a level head to best serve my clients, no matter how dire the situation has become.”

Tyler Sprague – Partner & Attorney

Tyler’s interests in the legal realm center around business and land use law with an emphasis on the laws and regulations surrounding craft breweries. He is on the board of Inspired Works, a non-profit organization located in the Santa Ynez Valley and was previously a member of the William L. Gordon Inns of Court in Santa Barbara.
